The TESEP Project was designed to explore if the transformation of learning, teaching and assessment practice in further and higher education can be driven by e-pedagogy. This story provides an overview of how the project has approached learning, teaching and assessment transformation and provides an overview of the outcomes achieved by the project.

The TESEP Project aimed to investigate how e-pedagogy could underpin a truly learner-centered learning and teaching approach and create a sustainable transformation process that would set the foundation for complete transformation of learning and teaching practices within the three partner institutions longer term. The project's Evaluation Report details and evidences key shifts in practice and behaviour in key stakeholder groups. The report is an interactive tool where you can hear the experiences, first hand, from people who participated in the project

During the course of the project she became responsible for engaging others in developing their learning and teaching practices. During the TESEP project the use of an Online Community of Practice (COP) was trialled as a vehicle for supporting collaborative learning and peer support for Practitioners as they re-designed learning activities. This report outlines how the Community of Practice was used and the lessons learned during the project.
