The call for delegate for LICK 2008 closed in August 2008 and this page is historical and for information only.

To register as a non-presenting delegate for LICK 2008, please complete the following form. Please note that places are limited, and will be offered on a first come first served basis. Although registration to attend LICK 2008 is free, non-presenting delegates are responsible for organising their own accommodation (although special symposium rates are available at the venue). There may be an administrative charge for delegates who do not attend the conference without providing one week's notice. There may also be charges from the hotel for late cancellation of accommodation.
