What's Next - HNC Acting and Performance
As an educator I will continue to challenge my own practice and aim to continually improve my personal development so that I can accommodate future learners' needs and keep up to date with ever evolving learning technologies. The introduction of a Virtual Learning Environment and a revised learner centered approach to the Dramatic Arts Programmes will aid our continual efforts to establish the course as a successful and diverse programme.
My next steps are to redevelop the way my colleagues and I design courses by continuing to contribute to our own Community of Practice to share good practice and to personalise learning experiences for learners across the college.
