Introduction - HNC Acting and Performance

Mel Bradley
Lauder College

This project aimed to provide a flexible learning environment and to produce effective learners by integrating online resources into the HNC Acting and Performance programme.
“I wanted to help the learners develop the necessary skills to take more responsibility for their learning. I wanted to inspire them to think more about the learning process and to become involved and negotiate methods of learning. I felt that one possible way of achieving this aim would be to introduce the VLE as a resource in an attempt to get them to realise the diversity of resources available to them and therefore to become more effective learners.”

Mel talks about the importance of effective learning.
