European Commission's FP6 Action Line "e-safety of road and air transports".
The project total cost is € 2,949,890
and the Commission contribution is € 2,043,350.

EURAMP Project Partners:

Horizontal (or cross-site) tasks:xx
IBI Group (UK) Ltd. - Project Co-ordinator, with overall
responsibility for project management, reporting and
communication with the EC Project Officer.

Technical University of Crete (Greece), DSSL - Technical Co-ordinator, responsible for generic (site-independent) innovative developments of local and co-ordinated ramp metering systems.

Napier University, Edinburgh (UK), TRi - Evaluation Manager, with overall responsibility for evaluation and for co-ordinating dissemination and exploitation activities.
University of Southampton (UK), TRG - Cross-site contribution to user
requirements and strategy development, system implementation and
demonstration, and evaluation and dissemination.

Activities in the Utrecht Demonstration Site:
Ministerie van Verkeer en Waterstaat (Netherlands), Directoraat-Generaal Rijkswaterstaat, Adviesdienst Verkeer en Vervoer (RWS-AVV) - AVV is the national Transport Research Centre of the Netherlands and in EURAMP is co-ordinator of activities in the Utrecht demonstration site.

Rijkswaterstaat Directie Utrecht (RWS-DUT) - Highway authority for the motorway network around Utrecht and supplier of the Utrecht demonstration site.
 
Rijkswaterstaat Directie Oost Nederland (RWS-DON) - Highway
authority for the motorway network in the east of the Netherlands,

where ramp metering is operating outwith EURAMP. RWS-DON is a follower of all site activities in EURAMP.
 
Activities in the Munich Demonstration Site:
TransVer GmbH (Germany) - Co-ordinator of activities in the Munich demonstration site, responsible for algorithm development and control system implementation.
Autobahndirektion Südbayern (Germany) - Highway authority and supplier of the Munich demonstration site.  
Bayerische Motoren Werke AG (Germany) - Input to the Munich
demonstration site and contribution to safety-critical issues task
