Start dates and duration of study
The MSc BOE is a part-time programme beginning with the first core module in Trimester 1 which commences in September of each new academic year. The second core module follows in Trimester 2 after which there is a break of studies during Trimester 3 during the summer. If you are planning to complete the full MSc there is a summer study option available upon request.
Once you have completed the three core modules, there will be a range of opportunities to use Trimester 3 to continue your studies.
It is also possible to skip a trimester completely if your other commitments make studying difficult for a time – you will have a personal development tutor (PDT) who will be able to guide you in making these decisions.

The MSc BOE carries SEDA accreditation for completers of the PG Cert and above.
